How do you start a project with Bélen Visuals?
Simply share your project details via our Start Your Project page. We’ll respond in writing as soon as possible to discuss your vision, timeline, and deliverables. If needed, we can also schedule a short call to clarify details and ensure everything is aligned. From there, we’ll prepare a tailored proposal for your project.
What files or materials do you need from me?
To get started, we typically need:
Architectural drawings: plans, sections, and elevations.
3D models (if available): SketchUp, Rhino, Revit, etc. Don’t worry if your model isn’t perfect—we refine and optimize it as part of our workflow. Preferred formats: DWG, STL, 3DS, DAE, DXF, FBX, OBJ.
Reference images: for materials, mood, or landscaping inspiration.
Any other relevant information you think will help us understand your vision.
This ensures we can deliver visuals that fully capture your project’s design intent and atmosphere.
How long does it take?
It depends on the scale and complexity. We’ll always align the timeline with your project’s milestones.
What’s your pricing structure?
Each project is unique, so pricing is custom-tailored. As a guideline, projects are quoted based on scope (number of images/animations), complexity, and turnaround time. We provide a transparent proposal before we start.
How can I pay?
We accept payments via bank transfer or online payment platforms. Payment terms are outlined in your project proposal, typically with a deposit upfront to secure the project, and the remainder upon delivery of the final visuals.
We can provide invoices for every payment, and if needed, we’re happy to accommodate alternative payment methods—just let us know in advance.
Do you offer a quality guarantee?
Yes. At Bélen Visuals, quality is our signature. Every project goes through a meticulous process of refinement, art direction, and review to ensure it meets the highest standards of realism and artistry. We provide previews and feedback rounds so you can be confident the final images reflect your vision.
Is my project data safe?
Absolutely. We treat your files with the same care as our own creative work. All project data is handled confidentially, stored securely, and never shared with third parties. If needed, we’re happy to work under an NDA (non-disclosure agreement).

Can you handle rush projects?
Yes—depending on availability. Rush projects are subject to a fast-track fee since they require prioritizing your project over others.
Do you also design architecture or interiors?
Bélen Visuals is first and foremost a visual storytelling studio. However, our founder is an architect and designer—so we naturally bring an eye for space, composition, and detail that elevates every image.
What is your revision policy?
We see revisions as a natural part of the creative process. Typically, each project includes 2-3 feedback rounds during the preview stage, so you have the opportunity to adjust details, mood, and materials.
Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope are always possible, but may be subject to an extra fee, depending on the complexity.
Our goal is to make sure the final visuals feel aligned with your vision while keeping the workflow smooth and efficient.
What if I request changes after the final renders are delivered?
Once final renders are delivered, the project is considered complete. Any changes requested after that stage—whether design updates, new camera angles, or material changes—are treated as a new project phase and billed accordingly.
This policy ensures fairness and keeps timelines clear, while giving you full freedom to continue developing your project with us if needed.
Do you also create animations?
Yes. Alongside still images, we produce cinematic animations that bring projects to life through movement, light, and atmosphere. Whether it’s a slow walk-through of an interior, a dramatic exterior reveal, or a short film showcasing your design vision, we craft animations with the same artistic and narrative approach as our stills.
Animations are tailored to your project’s scope and can be combined with still render packages.
In what format will I receive the final deliveries?
Final visuals are delivered as high-resolution JPEG, PNG or TIFF images, ready for print and digital use. Animations are provided in MP4 or MOV format in full HD or 4K, depending on your project needs.
Source files (3D models, layered PSDs, etc.) remain the property of Bélen Visuals unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
