How do you start a project with Belen Visuals?

Simply share your project details via Start Your Project page. A written response will follow as soon as possible to discuss vision, timeline, and deliverables. If needed, a short call can be scheduled to clarify details and ensure alignment. A tailored proposal will then be prepared for the project.

What files or materials do you need from me?

To get started, the following information is typically required::

• Architectural drawings: plans, sections, and elevations.

• 3D models (if available): SketchUp, Rhino, Revit, etc. Don’t worry if your model isn’t perfect—we refine and optimize it as part of our workflow. Preferred formats: DWG, STL, 3DS, DAE, DXF, FBX, OBJ.

• Reference images: for materials, mood, or landscaping inspiration.

• Any other relevant information you think will help us understand your vision.

This ensures visuals fully capture the project’s design intent and atmosphere.

How long does it take?

It depends on the scale and complexity. Timeline alignment is ensured with the project’s milestones.

What’s your pricing structure?

Each project is unique, so pricing is custom-tailored. As a guideline, projects are quoted based on scope (number of images/animations), complexity, and turnaround time. A clear and detailed proposal is prepared prior to starting the project.

How can I pay?

Payments are accepted via bank transfer or online payment platforms. Payment terms are outlined in your project proposal, typically with a deposit upfront to secure the project, and the remainder upon delivery of the final visuals.

Invoices are provided for every payment. Alternative payment methods can be accommodated if requested in advance.

Do you offer a quality guarantee?

Yes. At Belen Visuals, quality is the signature. Every project goes through a meticulous process of refinement, art direction, and review to ensure it meets the highest standards of realism and artistry. Previews and feedback rounds are provided, so you can be confident the final images reflect your vision.

Is my project data safe?

Absolutely. All files are treated with the same attention and care as the creative process itself. All project data is handled confidentially, stored securely, and never shared with third parties. Projects can be conducted under an NDA when required.

Can you handle rush projects?

Yes—depending on availability. Rush projects are subject to a fast-track fee since they require prioritizing your project over others.

Do you also design architecture or interiors?

Belen Visuals is first and foremost a visual storytelling studio. With an architect and designer at its core, every image benefits from an eye for space, composition, and detail.

What is your revision policy?

Revisions form a natural and essential part of the creative process. Typically, each project includes 2-3 feedback rounds during the preview stage, so you have the opportunity to adjust details, mood, and materials.

Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope are always possible, but may be subject to an extra fee, depending on the complexity.

The goal is to make sure the final visuals feel aligned with your vision while keeping the workflow smooth and efficient.

What if I request changes after the final renders are delivered?

Once final renders are delivered, the project is considered complete. Any changes requested after that stage—whether design updates, new camera angles, or material changes—are treated as a new project phase and billed accordingly.

This policy ensures fairness and keeps timelines clear, while giving you full freedom to continue developing your project if needed.

Do you also create animations?

Yes. Beyond still images, cinematic animations elevate projects through movement, light, and atmosphere. From subtle interior walk-throughs to striking exterior reveals or short films expressing the design vision, animations are approached with the same narrative and artistic rigor as stills.

Animations are tailored to your project’s scope and can be combined with still render packages.

In what format will I receive the final deliveries?

Final visuals are delivered as high-resolution JPEG, PNG or TIFF images, ready for print and digital use. Animations are provided in MP4 or MOV format in full HD or 4K, depending on your project needs.

Source files (3D models, layered PSDs, etc.) remain the property of Belen Visuals unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Belen Visuals operates physically in both Romania and Moldova, while providing services to clients worldwide. Distance is never a barrier thanks to fully remote collaboration.
